BUSINESS HOURS: Monday-Friday 9am- 5pm PST

ORDERS: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a second email when your order is shipped so that you may track your package.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Some pieces can be customized upon request, such as chain lengths, charms, stamping. If you would like to customize an order please write your request in the “Comment” section during check out. We will contact you to let you know if your request is possible. All custom orders are final sale. Custom orders can may take 4-6 weeks before shipping.

SHIPPING: We ship all of our packages via UPS. The fee is based upon your location and delivery method.

All in stock items will ship within 1 week. All other orders will ship within 4-6 weeks of placing your order.

For an estimate of international shipping charges, please contact info@garadanielle.com. All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.

PAYMENT METHOD: We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express for payment of purchases. Purchases are charged to your credit card once your order is ready to ship. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address for your card. Incorrect information can lead to delays or cancellation of your order.

9.75% sales tax will be automatically charged to CA residents.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We want you to be happy with your purchase from garadanielle.com. Fine jewelry orders can be returned for store credit only. Gifts can be returned for store credit or an exchange.

All items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.

Please contact us at info@garadanielle.com for a return authorization. For your protection, please ensure that your return is shipped in the original box, is shipped insured mail, and includes a copy of your receipt. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from garadanielle.com. Fine jewelry orders can be returned within 2 weeks of receiving your goods for a store credit only.
